These five demos previously lived in separate Next.js apps that were ~85% identical scaffolding. Consolidating them eliminates duplication, ensures every demo ships the same legal pages, compliance footer, brand, and authentication, and lets us deploy all five simultaneously to demo.islamicopenfinance.com with a single build. Mode is selected by subdomain or by the first path segment.
